  • 2.5 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup diced onion
  • 0.25 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups potato chips, crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix chicken, rice, soup, celery, mayonnaise, diced onion, bell pepper, minced onion, and black pepper together in a large bowl. Place in a 3-quart baking dish and sprinkle potato chips over top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and heated through, about 30 minutes.
