- •6 ounces cashew milk
- •¼ cup gluten-free oats
- •4 cubes ice, or more to taste
- •2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- •1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
- •½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
Instructions
- Core apple and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cashew milk, oats, ice, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth.
