  • 6 ounces cashew milk
  • ¼ cup gluten-free oats
  • 4 cubes ice, or more to taste
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste

Instructions

  • Core apple and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cashew milk, oats, ice, protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  • Blend until smooth.
