- •3 lb pork shoulder
- •1 onion, chopped
- •3 cloves garlic, chopped
- •2 teaspoons paprika
- •1 tablespoon salt
- •3 cups tomato sauce
- •1 cup light brown sugar
- •¾ cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Put all of your ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until fork-tender.
- Shred with two forks and combine with the sauce on the bottom of the pot.
- Enjoy!
