- •1 ½ cups BBQ sauce
- •3 tablespoons lemon juice
- •1 teaspoon onion powder
- •1 teaspoon garlic powder
- •1 teaspoon paprika

- •3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- •2 cups shredded red cabbage
- •1 ½ cups shredded carrots
- •½ cup chopped green onions
- •2 tablespoons chopped jalapeño
- •½ teaspoon paprika
- •pepper, to taste
- •1 teaspoon garlic powder
- •salt, to taste
- •¼ cup lemon juice
- •3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- •½ cup olive oil
- •1 tablespoon honey
- •12 slider buns, for serving
Instructions
- Make the slaw: In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, carrots, green onions, jalapeño, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Make the BBQ chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, pepper, and salt. Stir until the sauce begins to bubble and thicken.
- Add the chicken to the sauce and toss until well coated.
- Place the BBQ chicken on a bottom slider bun. Top with the slaw and top bun. Serve immediately.
