- •2 cups oats
- •2 tablespoons coconut shavings
- •¼ cup mixed nut, chopped
- •¼ cup dried fruit, of choice
- •3 tablespoons chia seeds
- •1 ½ tablespoons ground flaxseed
- •⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
- •4 tablespoons milk
- •pumpkin seed, optional
Instructions
- In a big bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, coconut shavings, nuts and dried fruit.
- Combine melted coconut oil and milk. Once combined, add remaining ingredients and mix to form a ‘dough-like’ mixture.
- Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking tray, topping with pumpkin seeds if desired.
- Bake at 350’F for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.
- Let cool, then cut into squares and serve.
