- •½ cup rolled oats
- •1 cup milk
- •1 cup water
- •1 tablespoon chia seeds
- •1 tablespoon toasted flaked almonds
- •1 teaspoon bee pollen
- •1 teaspoon lions mane mushroom powder
- •1 tablespoon coconut oil
- •1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the oats and chia seeds with ½ cup (115ml) boiling water and the milk or plant-based milk. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the toasted almonds, bee pollen (if using), mushroom powder, coconut oil and maple syrup to taste.
- Pour into a serving bowl and top with additional flaked almonds, chia seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup.
