- •4 cups crisp rice cereal
Instructions
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir in vanilla. Add marshmallows; cook and stir until marshmallows are melted. Add cereal; stir to coat, then quickly transfer mixture to the prepared dish. Use a sheet of waxed paper to press mixture evenly into the dish.
- Let set for 2 to 3 hours before cutting into 24 squares.
