Instructions
- Combine matcha and lemon juice in a pint-sized Mason jar, and whisk until fully blended. Add honey, whisking well, and stir in the cold water.
- Screw the lid on tightly, and shake for about 20 seconds until all is well combined. Taste, and adjust sweetness to your preference, if necessary. Serve over ice.
