  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine mayonnaise and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add olive oil, dill, lemon juice, and pepper; whisk rapidly until thickened, about 5 minutes.
