  • 1 cup thinly sliced fennel
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Combine zucchini, squash, tomatoes, fennel, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a covered bowl or zip-top plastic bag. Chill and cook or use within 5 days.
