Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mace
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1.25 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup candied mixed fruit peel

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer.
  • Select sweet bread setting. Add the raisins and mixed peel when the machine beeps, or 5 minutes before kneading is complete.
