- •⅔ cup white wine
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •1 teaspoon minced garlic
- •1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
- •¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix together soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and cilantro. Marinate fish or chicken for 1/2 hour or more before grilling.
