- •1 slice multigrain toast
- •½ cup mini mozzarella ball, halved
- •½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- •¼ cup fresh basil leaf
- •flaky sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl. Season with salt and add the lemon juice. Mash until smooth.
- Cut the slice of toast in half crosswise, then spread the avocado on the toast. Top with the mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and flaky salt.
