- •2 ¼ cups plain flour
- •2 teaspoons baking powder
- •½ teaspoon sea salt
- •½ cup date, (pitted and chopped)
- •1 cup dark chocolate
- •¼ cup agave nectar
- •1 cup golden syrup
- •½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- •1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix together all the dry ingredients in a small bowl (including the dates and the chocolate). In a separate small bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 11 minutes and let the biscuits cool for 1 minute on the tray before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
