Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch pie pan.
- Make the crust: Mix flour, pecans, butter, sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool; keep the oven on.
- While the crust is cooling, make the filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and almond extract in a bowl until smooth. Gently fold in peach slices. Spread filling over cooled crust, then sprinkle cinnamon over top.
- Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and cook for 20 to 25 more minutes.
