- •¼ cup oyster sauce
- •lemon pepper
- •garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place fillets in skillet; spray fillets with butter spray. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic powder. Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
- Pour in oyster sauce, then gently turn fillets. Cook until fish begins to flake, about 5 minutes.
