  • 1 egg, hard boiled
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Cut rice cakes into smaller pieces.
  • Place rice cakes and the cooled hardboiled egg in the box.
  • Place the avocado into the box and pour some red pepper flakes into a separate section.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat.
  • Enjoy!
