- •4 ripe bananas
- •3 large eggs
- •⅓ cup vegetable oil
- •15 oz vanilla cake mix, 1 box
- •1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line two 9x5-inch (23x13 cm) loaf pans with parchment paper and grease with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add the eggs and vegetable oil and whisk until smooth.
- Add the cake mix and chocolate chips and stir with a spatula to combine.
- Split and pour the batter into two loaf pans lined with parchment paper and nonstick baking spray.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
- Cool before slicing and serve.
