  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dry brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Mix together paprika, chili powder, both sugars, celery seed, black pepper, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, garlic powder, cumin, and salt in a bowl.
  • Store in an airtight container or keep in the freezer in a resealable plastic bag.
