- •2 tomatoes, chopped
- •½ red onion, chopped
- •1 small jalapeño, diced
- •1 lime, juiced and zested
- •1 head fresh cilantro, chopped
- •garlic salt, to taste

- •pepper, to taste
- •½ tablespoon cumin
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocado, leaving a few chunks whole. Add tomatoes, red onions, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice and zest, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and cumin, and mix together until well-combined.
- Serve alongside tortilla chips. ‘
