  • 3 avocados, halved
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 1 head fresh cilantro, chopped
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • ½ tablespoon cumin

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mash the avocado, leaving a few chunks whole. Add tomatoes, red onions, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice and zest, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and cumin, and mix together until well-combined.
  • Serve alongside tortilla chips. ‘
