Ingredients

- •2 tablespoons butter
- •2 tablespoons flour
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tablespoons onion, minced
- •1 ½ cups heavy cream
- •2 cups mozzarella cheese
- •1 ½ cups cheddar cheese
- •salt, to taste
- •5 cups broccoli, cooked and chopped
- •1 ¼ cups pasta, cooked
Instructions
- Prepare the roux by adding the butter, flour, garlic and onion to a saucepan and mixing on low heat until thick.
- Gradually add the cream to the roux and stir until it is a thick consistency.
- Add the cheeses and salt to your liking.
- Continue to mix the sauce until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add the cheese sauce to your broccoli and pasta and mix until everything is coated in the sauce. (Leftover sauce can be kept in a jar in the refrigerator for 1 week)
- Serve warm.
