  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

Instructions

  • Place neck bones, onion, and garlic into a slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and thyme, then pour in water and vinegar. Cover and cook on High until the meat is tender, about 4 hours.
