  • 4 large naval oranges, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 4 large apples, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Place oranges into a food processor bowl; pulse 2 or 3 times until chopped. Transfer fruit to a large bowl. Repeat with apples, then with cranberries. Place all chopped fruit into the same bowl.
  • Stir sugar, pecans, and gelatin mix into fruit mixture until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
