- •⅓ cup honey
- •¼ cup lime juice
- •¼ cup packed cilantro leaves
- •2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- •½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
- •½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Pulse jalapeño, garlic, and ginger in a food processor until finely chopped. Add honey, lime juice, cilantro, vinegar, and salt; pulse 3 to 4 times to blend. Pour oil in slowly, with the processor running, until dressing is smooth. Taste and season with salt if needed before serving.
