  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk, or as needed

Instructions

  • Combine oats and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cook in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Top off with as much milk as desired.
