- •4 slices bacon
- •1 (14 ounce) package fresh or thawed frozen pizza dough
- •1 cup prepared mashed potatoes
- •1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- •0.25 cup sour cream, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Cook bacon in a large deep skillet over medium heat until crisp, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Roll pizza dough into a large circle. Place dough onto the prepared pizza pan. Spread mashed potatoes over dough, leaving a small bit of crust uncovered around the outside if desired. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over potatoes. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes before slicing into 8 wedges. Top each wedge with 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream.
