  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups cooked rotini pasta

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat. Add the mushrooms, broccoli, garlic, peppers, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Add the pasta and stir until evenly combined.
  • Enjoy!
