- •1 cup water
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •salt, to taste

Instructions
- Place potatoes into a pan with water and vinegar and bring to a rolling boil.
- Close with a lid, venting the cover to allow for light air emission. Steam for 25 minutes or until fork-tender
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Drain potatoes and mix with olive oil, salt, and other spices if desired
- Then, spread onto a parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
