- •½ cup persian cucumber, peeled and chopped
- •6 oz rose tea, room temperature
- •1 tablespoon agave nectar, to taste
- •1 tablespoon lime juice
- •4 cucumber ribbons
- •ice, for serving
- •Stella Rosa® Moscato Rosé, chilled
Instructions
- Place the chopped cucumber, rose tea, agave nectar, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle until the cucumber is broken down into a pulp.
- Fill two rocks glasses with ice, then nestle the cucumber ribbons against the inside of the glass.
- Strain the cucumber mixture between the glasses, then fill each glass with Stella Rosa® Moscato Rosé. Serve immediately.
