  • ½ cup persian cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 6 oz rose tea, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 cucumber ribbons
  • ice, for serving
  • Stella Rosa® Moscato Rosé, chilled

Instructions

  • Place the chopped cucumber, rose tea, agave nectar, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle until the cucumber is broken down into a pulp.
  • Fill two rocks glasses with ice, then nestle the cucumber ribbons against the inside of the glass.
  • Strain the cucumber mixture between the glasses, then fill each glass with Stella Rosa® Moscato Rosé. Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy!
