  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 pound boneless pork, cooked and cubed
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper; bring to a boil, stirring often. Add cooked pork; simmer just until pork is heated through.
  • Serve pork and sauce on hamburger buns to form sandwiches.
