Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

- •3 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- •1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- •1 cup chopped cooked ham
- •0.5 cup chopped onion
- •1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- •0.5 cup water
- •0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- •0.25 teaspoon salt
- •0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place sliced potatoes into the slow cooker. Mix together shredded cheese, ham, and onion in a bowl. Add to potatoes in the slow cooker; mix well.
- Stir together condensed soup and water in the bowl. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over potato mixture.
- Cook on High for 4 hours.
