Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a rimmed baking sheet.
- Make the brownies: Whisk sugar, oil, and eggs together in a bowl. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a separate bowl. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, then stir in vanilla. Fold in zucchini and nuts. Pour batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the frosting: Stir cocoa powder and melted butter together in a bowl. Stir in confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
