Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • ¼ cup milk, or water
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Preheat the waffle maker and spray with olive oil. Cook waffles for 4-5 mins.
  • Serve warm with syrup.
