- •nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
- •1 can premade biscuits
- •1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- •¼ cup chopped chives
- •1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- •3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with the cheddar, chives, ranch seasoning, and melted butter until well-coated.
- Place 3-4 pieces of biscuit into each cup of a the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
