- •½ cup honey
- •⅓ cup soy sauce
- •2 tablespoons Sriracha
- •1 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil
- •2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root, or to taste
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- •1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- •2 teaspoons cornstarch
- •1 tablespoon sesame seeds, or to taste
Instructions
- Stir honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, oil, ginger, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl.
- Spread chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add cornstarch and toss to coat. Pour honey-soy mixture over top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cook on Low until chicken is tender, no longer pink in the centers, and juices run clear, 3 to 4 hours.
