  • 2 pieces butter lettuce leaves
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ½ cup thinly sliced carrots
  • ½ cup shelled edamame
  • ¼ cup chopped cashews
  • 1 orange, peeled and broken into segments
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha

Instructions

  • Place the lettuce leaves in a lunch box. Fill with the peppers, carrots, edamame, and cashews, dividing evenly.
  • Add the orange segments and a drizzle of Sriracha to the box.
  • Enjoy!
