- •0.33333334326744 cup cold water
- •3 (.25 ounce) packages unflavored gelatin
- •0.5 package unsweetened soft drink mix (such as Kool-Aid®)
- •2 teaspoons stevia powder, or to taste
Instructions
- Place candy molds on a baking sheet. Set aside.
- Measure cold water in a glass liquid measuring cup. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Stir in soft drink mix and stevia powder. Set aside.
- Fill a saucepan almost halfway with water; bring to a boil. Place the measuring cup with gelatin mixture in boiling water; stir until syrupy.
- Remove gelatin mixture from boiling water and immediately fill molds using a small syringe.
- Chill molds in the refrigerator until set, at least 1 hour and up to 2 days. Remove gummies from molds.
