- •2 cups mini pretzel twists
- •1 ½ cups fish-shaped cheese crackers (such as Goldfish®)
- •1 ½ cups original flavor crunchy corn kernels (such as CornNuts®)
- •6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- •3 tablespoons chili-lime seasoning (such as Tajin®)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Combine rice and corn cereal squares, pretzels, fish-shaped crackers, and corn kernels in a large bowl.
- Stir melted butter and chili-lime seasoning together in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over the cereal mixture and gently stir with a rubber spatula until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread to an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until crunchy and fragrant, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes to cool.
