  • 1 (14 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained
  • 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C). Pat artichoke hearts dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Combine artichoke hearts, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Place into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in the preheated air fryer for 4 minutes. Shake the basket and continue to cook until artichokes begin to brown and the edges are crispy, 3 to 4 minutes more. Serve immediately.
