- •1 ½ cups semolina
- •½ cup plain flour
- •1 egg
- •½ cup ghee
- •1 ½ cups thick coconut milk
- •2 cups powdered sugar
- •1 teaspoon cardamom powder

- •10 cashews, sliced
- •10 pistachios, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 mins.
- Soak semolina and plain flour in coconut milk for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, mix powdered sugar, egg, ghee and cardamom in the soaked coconut milk with semolina and plain flour. Mix well with a spatula and make sure there are no lumps.
- Grease the egg tart mould with some ghee and sprinkle it with a little bit of plain flour. Then, pour the batter into the tart moulds.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 mins.
- Let cool and serve.
