  • 1 ½ cups semolina
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup ghee
  • 1 ½ cups thick coconut milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • ghee
  • plain flour
  • 10 cashews, sliced
  • 10 pistachios, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 mins.
  • Soak semolina and plain flour in coconut milk for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, mix powdered sugar, egg, ghee and cardamom in the soaked coconut milk with semolina and plain flour. Mix well with a spatula and make sure there are no lumps.
  • Grease the egg tart mould with some ghee and sprinkle it with a little bit of plain flour. Then, pour the batter into the tart moulds.
  • Bake at 180°C for 25 mins.
  • Let cool and serve.
  • Enjoy!
