  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ small tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ tablespoon bacon bits
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • ½ cup romaine lettuce

Instructions

  • Make the dressing: Combine blue cheese dressing, salt, and pepper in a 16-ounce (480 ml) mason jar. Stir with a fork until well-combined.
  • Add the tomato, chicken, bacon bits, hard boiled egg, and lettuce.
  • Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  • When ready to eat, shake well to combine.
  • Enjoy!
