Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the arugula, walnuts, garlic, lemon juice, water, and salt, and process until finely chopped.
- Slowly stream in the olive oil while continuing to process until the pesto is smooth.
- Serve on grain bowls, pizza, pasta, toast, and more!
