- •2 pounds white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- •28 ounces dry roasted peanuts
- •1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
- •1 (4 ounce) bar German sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
Instructions
- Combine white chocolate, peanuts, chocolate chips, and German chocolate in a slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 1 hour, without stirring. Reduce heat to Low, stir, and cook for 1 more hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of chocolate-peanut mixture onto waxed paper. Let cool until hardened, 30 to 45 minutes.
