Ingredients

- •4 ½ cups rice, cooked
- •2 eggs
- •1 container spam, cubed
- •1 yellow onion, diced
- •mayonnaise
- •¼ cup green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Put rice in a bowl, then flip it over on a plate, making dome rice.
- Cook spam in a skillet, then set aside. In the same skillet, scramble eggs and set aside. Once set aside, sauté onion. Put aside.
- To assemble, top rice with eggs, then add onions and spam. Finally, garnish with green onion and drizzle with mayo.
- Serve.
