Hawaii Rice Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 ½ cups rice, cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 container spam, cubed
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup green onion, chopped

Instructions

  • Put rice in a bowl, then flip it over on a plate, making dome rice.
  • Cook spam in a skillet, then set aside. In the same skillet, scramble eggs and set aside. Once set aside, sauté onion. Put aside.
  • To assemble, top rice with eggs, then add onions and spam. Finally, garnish with green onion and drizzle with mayo.
  • Serve.
