- •4 cups confectioners' sugar
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •4 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Place butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until butter has "burned" and turned a nice tan color. Remove the saucepan from heat.
- Slowly mix in confectioners' sugar and vanilla, beating with an electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Beat in milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired spreading consistency is reached. Use frosting immediately, as frosting will set up quickly.
