- •1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried
- •1 cup distilled white vinegar
- •1 ½ teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Place pumpkin seeds in a bowl. Pour vinegar over the top and let soak for at least 1 hour. Drain off vinegar and stir in salt.
- Preheat an air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place seeds in the basket and cook for 30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.
- Transfer seeds to a paper towel lined plate and let sit for 5 minutes.
