One-Pan Shrimp And Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • neutral oil, as needed
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • Make the stir-fry sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat, then add the shrimp and stir until just pink on the outside.
  • Pour the sauce into the pan and toss to coat the shrimp meat.
  • Once the sauce is bubbling, add the broccoli, green beans, and carrots to the pan and stir again to coat. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve over rice or alone.
  • Enjoy!
