- •neutral oil, as needed
- •1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1 teaspoon pepper
- •1 cup chopped broccoli
- •1 cup green beans
- •1 cup sliced carrots
- •½ cup soy sauce
- •¼ cup honey
- •2 cloves garlic
- •1 teaspoon ginger
- •1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- •cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Make the stir-fry sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat, then add the shrimp and stir until just pink on the outside.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and toss to coat the shrimp meat.
- Once the sauce is bubbling, add the broccoli, green beans, and carrots to the pan and stir again to coat. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve over rice or alone.
