  • 3 cups bite-size broccoli pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add broccoli; cook in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool, about 10 minutes. Transfer to an oven-proof pan with 2-inch sides.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Pour over broccoli in the pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden and center is set, about 35 minutes.
