1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

2.5 cups water
•
4 cups chicken broth
•
0.5 pound sauerkraut
•
1 onion, finely diced
•
1 (15 ounce) can carrots, drained
•
1 (15 ounce) can sliced potatoes, drained
•
1 pound smoked sausage of your choice, sliced
•
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
•
1 teaspoon minced garlic
•
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Blend cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and chicken broth in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in sauerkraut, onion, carrots, potatoes, and sausage. Season with dill and garlic.
Cover and cook on Low for up to 8 hours or High for 4 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
