- •1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers
- •½ onion, chopped
- •1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- •1 clove garlic, minced
- •12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
- •1 cup shredded lettuce, or to taste
- •½ cup Cheddar cheese, or to taste
- •½ cup diced tomatoes, or to taste
- •¼ cup chopped green onion, or to taste
- •¼ cup chopped cilantro, or to taste
- •2 tablespoons sliced olives, or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey; cook and stir until browned, about 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, water, green chile peppers, onion, taco seasoning, and garlic; simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 30 minutes.
- Spoon turkey mixture over tortillas. Top with lettuce, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onion, cilantro, and sliced olives.
